Participants will explore the art of attentive observation, listening to the ‘echo’s” from the client and the system, decoding non-verbal cues, and effectively mirroring client communication for deeper connections and impactful coaching engagements.

Navigating and Adapting to Uncertainty: A closer look at working with groups
In the dynamic landscape of coaching, group coaching is emerging as a powerful vehicle for transformative change. However, the success of group coaching initiatives hinges greatly on the clarity and effectiveness of the contracting process. This session, "Navigating and Adapting to Uncertainty," delves into the critical aspects of crafting, implementing, and managing contracts for group coaching endeavours. We bring together theory and case studies, to explore innovative strategies, best practices, and practical insights for optimizing group coaching contracts.

Hannah Boneham
Coaching to develop self-awareness
Hannah's facilitated session will explore the nature of the perception gap between how leaders perceive their ability to impact the wellbeing of those around them, compared with how their efforts are experienced by others. Participants in the session will be encouraged to draw on their own first-hand experiences, and will reflect on coaching questions that can help clients to identify and explore their own perception gaps.

Panel discussion with Julie White, Chloe Angus and Mark Smith with questions chaired by Alex Swallow.. We’ll be looking at what working as a coach really looks like and how you can make it both sustainable and enjoyable.
Audience participation very much hoped for, it will be a great opportunity to crowdsource some wisdom from the room about this important topic that sometimes isn’t talked about enough.

Accessibility for all is very important for us at Sheffield Coaching Exchange.
The room we will be using for the day is upstairs but there is a lift directly to the room with accessible facilities.

The venue we have booked is in the centre of Sheffield making it easily accessible via train and bus.

Excellent question and absolutely yes. If you are an internal coach or work for a company where coaching / mentoring is part of your role why not ask for this to be covered by your company, we can create invoices for this if needed :)
And yes if you are a sole trader or limited company yourself you can absolutely claim this as a business expense. You will receive a receipt once you pay but let us know if you also need an invoice :) -
No problem.
You can contact Chloe Angus or Julie White directly or drop us an email to Sheffieldcoachingexchange@gmail.com
